Mari-Liis Madisson, University of Tartu, Department of Semiotics, explores how security and insecurity are shaped through meaning-making and communication. Her work combines conceptual inquiry, empirical analysis of Estonian and Latvian materials, and applied research on information influence and strategic narratives in collaboration with the Estonian Defence Forces.
