Alexander Josiassen
Alexander, Professor of Marketing at Copenhagen Business School and Director of the Centre for Advances in Tourism Research at James Cook University, Singapore, serves as President of the Association of Tourism Researchers in Denmark and co-founder and Director of the leading global research network NEST. His impactful research is published in top journals like the Journal of Marketing, earning him awards such as the Tietgen's Gold Medal and the Charles R. Goeldner Award. Distinguished in both teaching and research, he was recently recognized as one of the world’s top tourism researchers based on his significant contributions to the field. He is regularly sought out for consultation on tourist and consumer behavior and management strategy.
