Martin Rasmussen Skogstad

​Martin Rasmussen Skogstad is a Research Professor at NTNU Social Research and the coordinator of SAFE - Centre for Civil Safety and Security Research. He holds a PhD in Psychology and human factors and his research topics include risk, safety, and consequences of implementing new technology.
